Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Chandigarh, Baddi, Solan
Education: MBA
Experience: 0-3 years experience in Sales

The Company operates through 3 manufacturing plants and serves customers spanning across pharmaceutical, bio-pharmaceuticals industries and analytical & microbiology labs. Responsibilities
• B2B sales in the Pharma sector
• Identifying potential customers in the respective regions
• Enhancing business volumes and growth by selling the Company's products and interacting with all key people (purchase deptt, QC deptt, Production Deptt etc)
• Establish and build customer and Channel partner relationships.
• Build and develop key accounts and target accounts.
• Prepare technical/commercial proposals and tenders for customers.
• Provide after sales service and technical support to customers.
• Achieve all sales projections and targets.
• Formulate, implement, manage and update sales/business plans.
• Marketing and promoting the Company's products in national and international exhibitions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry/ MBA
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
