Job Description
• Search new companies for placement of students and maintain relation with existing companies
• Selling our Corporate Training courses to corporates
• Visit corporates & industry to identify vacancies for PathGlow students
• Meet HR heads of the organization, give them detailed presentation & do the tie up for placements of students
• Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximum placements
• Focusing on building long-term relationship with the clients
• Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated
• Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market
• Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
• Invite corporate guests for guest lectures and conduct industry expert sessions for students.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Any business related bachelor’s or master degree
• Experience - 1 year+
• Experience of working in IT recruitment sector would be an added advantage
