About the Job:
A person who is extremely passionate about Counselling, and start ups. The person is going to be a part of a closely knit small team of passionate individuals with a single-minded focus on selling India's first genuinely world-class EdTech products.
About this role:
-The job requires you to be in Bangalore or if you are open to relocate to Bangalore.
-30k-35k fixed salary
-We work 6 days a week.
-Willing to work in a Start-up.
-Willing to join immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Engaging with prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person meetings to discuss educational options, financial aid, and enrollment requirements.
2.Providing guidance and support to help students navigate the admissions process, including reviewing application materials, providing feedback on personal statements, and addressing any concerns or questions.
3.Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet enrollment targets and increase revenue for the institution.
4.Collaborating with other departments within the institution to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process for students.
5.Maintaining accurate records and data related to student enrollment, admissions, and financial aid.
6.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the institution remains competitive in the marketplace.
7.Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for students and families.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling.
2. Go-Getter attitude
3. Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree
4. Excellent convincing skills
