Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our Online Edtech Platform. You will be expected to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for closing sales, managing customer accounts, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our online tutoring services
• Respond to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and chat
• Build relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM software)
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
