Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Ahmedabad, India (Onsite)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help us achieve our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
Collaborate with the development team to provide solutions that meet client needs
Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and brand recognition
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry, preferably in website development
Strong understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with custom development projects
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Experience with remote work and/or distributed teams
