Responsibilities
The sales team is responsible for new deals and upselling. This is a unique ‘SDR’ position that focuses on both aspects.
• Qualifying, following up, and project managing new deals and existing customers with the sales team.
• You will support a salesperson with high-quality research from internal & external sources to increase conversions and drive more revenue from new and existing customers.
• External research - Monitor and analyze prospects, customers, and industry trends through primary and secondary research.
• Internal Research - Monitor customer account performance by liaising with customer success teams and share actionable insights with sales and marketing.
What does a day in your life look like?
• Every day is a new and interesting challenge. You work in a ‘pod’ with a sales team that’s focused on 2-3 industries.
• You’re working with the sales team to meaningfully demo, nurture, and project manage deals.
• You keep track of new alerts for our customers and their competitors. You notice something interesting that can open up and upsell conversation for sales.
• You analyze a new market report and come up with content recommendations for marketing and talking points for sales for all players within that industry.
• You sit in on a customer success review meeting, analyze performance data, and share key findings with sales on potential opportunities or risks within an account.
• You track ads for an existing customer which helps the sales-person pitch an upsell conversation.

• Past Experience
• Education: Under-Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles with analytics or research is preferred.
• Bonus points for working in a consultative, SaaS sales environment
