Job Description
The Candidate is responsible for growing the Sales of the company product portfolio in an assigned territorywith his team Key Customer Profile – Builders, Architects, Contractors Key Product Portfolio that needs to be sold – Gypsum Plaster, Readymix Plaster, Bonding agents etc.
Candidate needs to survey & develop a database of all active construction sites in an assigned territory Candidate has to target each of these sites & position Buildon product portfolio with the respective customersand generate business.
Retain existing customers & generate repeat business or cross sell our product portfolio. Develop & build new customers on an ongoing basis.
Key Requirements Candidate must have minimum 3+ years project sales experience in construction / building materialsindustry Ability to reach out to customers & sell the Buildon Value proposition.
A Go-Getter with an ability to work independently & resolve problems.
Strong personality and good communication skills would be an added advantage Prior experience in Selling a similar product will be an added advantage
