Business Development Executive (Freshers)
Job Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000
5 Days Working
Experience: Freshers
(Should have Good Communications)
Job Descriptions:
1) Follow up with new generated leads, understand their requirements and see if they qualify for further engagement
2) Conduct meetings with qualified clients and push towards final closure
3) Look for creative ways to nurture sales development and optimize sales funnel
4) Understand US reconstruction and Construction stage for single family and multi family homes
5) Document, Organize and manage data of open and close prime contracts/cost sheets
6) Collaborate with the marketing team on creating promotional contents and campaigns to attract homeowners through social media/website
7) Possesses great communications and loves talking to new clients
8) Self Starter, likes to push & drive work ahead
10) Detailed and thorough and has a "can do attitude"
11) Fast learner
