Position: Growth Consultant/Business Development
Experience: 2+ Years
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
The Growth Consultant will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients, boosting sales and contributing to long-term business growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Work closely with the pre-sales team and increase sales opportunities that will maximize
• revenues.
• Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate new prospect information and activity
• reports in CRM software.
• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring
• relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing/payment plans.
• Responsible for making marketing strategies and implementing the same.
• Managing the entire sales cycle (Lead Generation, Credential Pitch, Clients Acquisition, Account Management/Post Sales Services etc.) for the relevant technology services and solution.
• Create effective and persuasive proposals.
• Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.
• Responsible for deals closure and client meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2- years of experience in sales.
• A proven track record of providing actionable solutions.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Expertise of working with domestic sales.
SKILLS:
• Required CRM work knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
EDUCATION:
• Must have done graduation and post graduation (MBA) from a recognized university
• Must have excellent communication skills
