Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and communicating with clients. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients through effective prospecting and lead-generation strategies.
• Conduct cold calls and client visits to understand their staffing requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Arrange meetings to present and discuss our staffing services.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Gulf and Indian markets and locations.
• Handle client calls, actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to attract and engage potential clients.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Identify and develop new markets, contributing to improved sales.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build networks and stay updated.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Set goals for the development team and ensure they are met, contributing to business growth.
• Train personnel and assist team members in their skills development.
• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, collaborating with team members to establish and maintain fruitful client relationships and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, answering potential client questions, follow-up call questions, and responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients, utilizing CRM and other tools to store prospective client information.
• Meet all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews, aiming to meet or exceed annual sales goals/targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration activities.
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, ensuring the maintenance of short- and long-term business development plans.
• Qualifications
• New Business Development: Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and leads.
• Business: Knowledge of the recruitment industry and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
