Lead Generation, business growth though calls, social media & New Lead for the
Company
Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums
Provide Online software demonstration, installation and self-support to the
clients
Improvement in customer satisfaction.
Follow ups and after sales support for 3 months for the new clients
Secondary Job
Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
& alternatives within the time limit
Contribution in providing technical support to the customers.
