Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE in the outsourced accounting service industry, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting practices and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients in the target market and develop strategies to acquire new business.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our outsourced accounting services.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree is any field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the outsourced accounting service industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Availability for occasional travel as required.
