Key Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a commitment to work as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of customer service and client satisfaction
• Willingness to liaise between clients and our design and illustration teams, facilitating clear understanding of client requirements
Responsibilities:
• Identify and create new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients
• Communicate effectively with our internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and timely delivery
