Multiline Technolabs is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/Executive/Analyst to lead the marketing team at our Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad office.
We're looking for an excellent candidate who can proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach. The successful applicant will be responsible for selling our Digital Marketing, Mobile App, Design & Development solutions to clients located in the United States and European countries.
Responsibilities
• Conducting market research and generating leads and prospects through networking and social media
• Generating leads through various portals such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Google, Freelancer, etc.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Drafting proposals and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Skillfully negotiating, promoting/selling ideas persuasively, and closing transactions with mutually beneficial results
• Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in the long run
• Communicating with clients via email, virtual conferencing, or telephone calling
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their requirements
• Preparing and delivering presentations to potential new clients
• Being open to working flexible hours to attend international clients
• Being on-call and available as necessary
• Meeting and exceeding targets through lead generation
• Building reports to present to the manager

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with Technical / Business field
• MBA (Preferred)
• Good communication skills
Experience:
• 0 to 3 Years of relevant work experience in IT industry focused in a Web/App Development
• Fluency in MS Office
• Online bidding experience with different job service portals
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
• Commission pays
• Performance bonus
