MUST READ:
• The payout will be in two forms - Salary + Sales Commission
• Base Salary is Rs. 15,000/- per month + (Average Commission per sale Rs. 1,000 - Rs. 50,000)
• Good Communication Skills are must.
Responsibilities:
• Working on Sales Strategies and Execution
• Ideating different sales and marketing approaches
• Attending Client Meetings and Follow-up
• Coordination with the team
• Timely Follow-up and Goal Achievement
• Working with the Business Development Team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
