Total Health Solutions (THS) is developing as one of India's largest integrated virtual healthcare platforms, providing one-stop health solutions. We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our business and reach new heights.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on B2B partnerships and lead generation
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and awareness programs to increase brand visibility and market presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient deal closures
• Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and emerging healthcare trends to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong knowledge of B2B business development and lead generation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the healthcare domain, including an understanding of healthcare services and industry dynamics
• Proficiency in sales pipelines, negotiation techniques, and market research
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
