Job Description
Following are the roles and responsibilities for the post of Sr. Business Development Executive.
1. You will be responsible for Store Walk-ins and ensuring that correct information and guidance is given to the client.
2. You will be also responsible for taking Architect and Project meetings in the territories emphasised to you. This is the main role and responsibility that you need to focus on as Sr. BDE.
3. You will also look into the day to day expenses of the store, as you have been doing so far. Maintain a proper record of the expenses and give a monthly report to either of the MDs.
4. You will be further responsible for maintaining a proper reporting system for the clients and Architect attended / met. This reporting system will be the barometer on which your performance will be evaluated.
5. One of the major role will be that you would need to research more and identify market opportunities.
6. You will also be further focusing more on lead generation through various platforms (Eg : Social Media Platforms and Networking Platforms) rather than just walk-ins.
7. Put down in place an effective feedback system from your existing and future client base.
8. You will be also responsible in ensuring that the project pictures are collated and kept handy at your disposal. You can ensure this by creating a system that will help you collate the same from different members of the team.
+. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of office and Store supplies and purchase accordingly and when necessary. Maintaining such expenses and it’s billcopy will fall under your responsibility.
10. You will further keep a track of samples given out by various team members and have a list of stock inventory.
11. You will further be responsible for making client quotations and raise purchase orders when and if necessary
