Job Description
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for luxury fittings sales, your role will involve identifying and pursuing business opportunities to promote and sell high-end luxury fittings and fixtures to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and expand the market presence of our luxury fittings product line. Key responsibilities include:
1. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends within the luxury fittings segment.
2. Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also fostering new relationships to expand the customer base.
4. Consultative Selling: Understanding clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our luxury fittings.
5. Sales Strategy: Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives, while continuously evaluating and adjusting strategies as needed.
6. Product Knowledge: Gaining an in-depth understanding of the luxury fittings product range to present its features, benefits, and advantages to potential clients.
7. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to close sales deals successfully.
8. Reporting: Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team, tracking sales performance and forecasting future trends.

10. Industry Expertise: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, luxury design aesthetics, and technological advancements related to luxury fittings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury goods or home decor industry and having connects with Architects is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Minimum experience - 7yrs in similar industry.
Salary range - 6LPA - 12LPA
