Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing business strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet client needs.
Qualifications
• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience negotiating contracts and collaborating with teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Tamil, both written and oral
