Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive - Business Development to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales and business development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for our agency. Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients in the digital marketing space.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their digital marketing needs.
• Conduct client consultations and presentations to effectively communicate our agency's capabilities and services.
• Address client inquiries and provide expert solutions.

Proposal and Pitching:
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and secure contracts.

Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Use market insights to inform client engagement and business development strategies.

Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and goal achievement.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, project management, and creative teams, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
