Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive for an architectural outsourcing company, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth for the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of the architectural industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base. Research and analyze the market to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new market segments, emerging trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Networking and Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote the company's services. Establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to expand the company's reach.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, designers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with the production team to deliver projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. A background in architecture or construction is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the architectural industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural outsourcing services and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
