We are hiring for Business Development Executive who is Responsible for Generating Business for Rudra Alliance by Creating Potential Clients, Understanding their needs, Fulfilling their needs & Close orders.
Responsibilities
Finding data of decision makers incorporates firms using google search, linked-in connections, etc.
Setting sales meetings with decision makers to understand their requirements, Budget, and urgency of the need for products.
Creating effective proposals or offers to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements, and effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management.
Effective follow-ups and meetings to close projects/deals. Using effective Communication and negotiation skills to close in clients and generate revenue.
Maintaining healthy relationships with clients for repeat orders, Coordinating their needs, and Requirements with concerned Teams for resolutions and delivery of products.
Skills
Strong communication in English is a must with fluency.
Relationship building.
Knowledge of Engineering sales.
Target-oriented.
Qualifications
B.tech with Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, and Electrical
Experience
1 to 2 Years experience in sales & business development
