Job Profile : Business Development Executive (BDE) We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: • Identifying new sales leads and pitching products/services to potential clients. • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. • Conducting market research and identifying trends. • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. • Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis. • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. • Coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials. • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer complaints in a timely manner.
