Key Responsibilities:

Plush Curations is hiring Associate Customer Support (WFO) for those transitioning from Customer Service to B2B Relationship Management.

1. Handling inquiries and providing information to potential B2B clients regarding our services of villa renting.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly.

3. Responding to client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

4. Providing excellent customer service, understanding clients" needs, and offering tailored solutions.

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

6. Collaborating with the team to generate reports and share insights to improve customer support processes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

-1-2 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or customer support role.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

-A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing top-notch service
