Roles and Responsibilities of Junior Associate:
• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase client base and engagement.
• Explore innovative channels to reach potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand the client base.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative awareness to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
• Develop thought leadership content presentations to establish the organization as an industry leader and trusted advisor, driving brand awareness and credibility.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and implement new ideas, processes, and technologies to enhance strategy effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.
• Should be capable of active Client Research and Revenue Generation.
• Should be properly knowledgeable about technology.
• Embrace positive mindset when conducting training and development sessions for the clients.
• Should possess the ability to engage in self-development courses for personal upliftment and career advancement.
