Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and promote our logistics services across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain services
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital platforms
Develop strong relationships with importers, exporters, CHA, and corporate clients
Promote company services such as:
Air Freight
Ocean Freight
Road Transport
Customs Clearance
Warehousing & 3PL
Prepare and present competitive quotations to clients
Negotiate rates and close business deals
Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and follow-up on leads
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of logistics / freight forwarding industry
Ability to generate leads and close deals
Customer relationship management skills
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) preferred
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Commerce / Business / Logistics / Supply Chain (MBA preferred)
1–5 years experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry
Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
