Job Description
Core responsibilities:
• Development of customer Portfolio by signing agreements with new operators for provision of A2P SMS service;
• Managing existing accounts;
• Assuring Revenue Growth from assigned accounts on SMS A2P market;
• Providing sales related support to assigned accounts;
• Finding new opportunities, closing new deals for increasing SMS A2P traffic
• Day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
• Market rates monitoring and analysis;
• Ensuring timely notifications of rate changes to customers;
• Representing company on international conferences.
We expect from our candidate:
• University degree: Marketing Business, Finance preferable;
• Experience 1+ on SMS wholesale A2P market. Loyal customers' portfolio will be an advantage.
• Proven positive sales experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team player;
• Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail;
• Intermediate or up English (both verbal and written);
• Advanced PC skills: Windows, Web browsers, Email clients, CRM systems, MS Office.
