Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is exclusively open to female candidates who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong drive for achieving targets. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The salary for this position will range from RS 15,000 to RS 35,000, depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients, including researching and generating new leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets and maximize revenue.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements, while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry best practices.

Female candidates only.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the relevant industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Salary Range: RS 15,000 - RS 35,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
