DESIGNATION Business Development Executive – NON IT
OFFICE LOCATION 11th floor, Vikas Centre, Near Golf Club, Dr. C.G. Road, Chembur (East)
WORK TIMING Mon – Fri [10am to 7pm] – Weekends off
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
+. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
2. Proven sales track record
3 Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Proficiency in English
6. Market knowledge
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Comfortable to Travel / Client visit
+. Ability to build rapport
10. Time management and planning skills
11. Graduate [Any Stream]
