We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT services to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and maximizing business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Ahmedabad region through various channels, including online research, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in the IT services sector.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track leads, and manage sales activities to achieve targets.
• Understand client requirements, present appropriate IT service solutions, and negotiate contracts to win new business.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position our IT services in the market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish connections within the IT services community.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT services industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Strong knowledge of the IT services landscape, including software development, IT consulting, infrastructure management, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to lead generation and business development, with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
