Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Personnel to join our team at Technique Safety Devices Pvt Ltd. As a manufacturer of tamperproof seals in plastic and steel substances for logistics and pharmaceutical companies, we require a dedicated professional to promote our products, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, following up on new leads, take repeat orders and tracking sales progress.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to present our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and client visits.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
Track sales progress and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels, such as trade shows, referrals, and online inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to represent the company and promote our products.
Provide feedback and insights from clients and the market to help improve our product offerings and marketing strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably in the logistics or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
Familiarity with tamperproof seals or similar products is a plus.
