We are currently seeking two experienced Business Development Executives to join our team at KantaFlex (India) Private Limited. As a leading designer, supplier, and manufacturer of
Bridge Bearings in India, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients, including architects and contractors, to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to promote our products and services effectively.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities and establish valuable partnerships.
- Focus on increasing the value of current customers while actively attracting new ones.
- Identify and develop new markets to enhance sales and market penetration.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and represent our company.
- Develop comprehensive quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific requirements.
- Set goals for the development team and ensure they are aligned with business growth objectives.
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration opportunities.
- Train personnel and help the team develop their skills to optimize business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics and business requirements.
- Effective delegation and leadership skills to guide and motivate the development team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for efficient documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Immediate joining would be preferable.
Qualifications:
- Any undergraduate (UG) degree or postgraduate (PG) degree.
Salary:
- The salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 45,000 (in the local currency) per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

- This position is based in Chennai.
