Job Description
We're looking to hire Business Development Executives and Business Development Manager who have expertise in selling Website design, development, ecommerce websites, digital marketing & mobile app.
Job Role:
• Generating leads through LinkedIn and other Social Media
• Generating new clients from Online Bidding portals
• Developing new clients and understanding their requirements, discuss the quotes, negotiate and close deals.
• Writing business proposals
• Developing growth strategies and business plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in getting projects through bidding network, cold calling, email campaign etc. If you have existing client base then you can get joining bonus for bringing those clients to us.
2. Must be a graduate. Degree in Marketing or similar studies shall be prefered.
3. Minimum experience required is 1 year in cold calling, lead generation and business development for Web Design companies.
4. Great networking skills.
5. Good in English communication including speaking, writing and reading
6. Age Limit- Upto 35 years
During interview we would like to see
• How you convince a client through your presentation,
• Show portfolio presentation style
• How you craft customized proposal
• Show your online profile and describe how you got success
• A ready / approved bidding profile in ++designs or similar would have an edge
• Bring your success story which you can prove during interview
• Your appointment letter of present employer and salary slip which can be verifiable through third party verification company.
You need to achieve certain sales target every month. Your monthly target to achieve would be 5x of your monthly salary.
Experience in call center doesn't count for this Business development post.
