Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Relations Department. As a Business Development Executive, you will drive business growth and foster strategic partnerships with key corporate entities.
Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with potential clients, and enhance our corporate network. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of corporate relations dynamics.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Strategy: Collaborate with the Corporate Relations
Department to formulate and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights to guide business development initiatives.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing industry connections.
4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate entities, including potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders, to foster strategic collaborations and secure new business opportunities.
5. Proposal Development: Develop persuasive business proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of potential clients, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition.
6. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties while aligning with the organization's business goals and objectives.
7. Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of business development initiatives and successful implementation of new partnerships.
+. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
10. Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, attending conferences, seminars, and networking events to build knowledge and maintain industry presence.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
● Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in corporate relations or B2B environment.
● Strong understanding of corporate relations dynamics, including relationship building, partnership development, and contract negotiation.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
● Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, with a strong existing network in the corporate sector.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive business growth.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and drive win-win outcomes.
● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.
● Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
