Business Development Executive - Business Loan/Home Loan/Vehicle Loan/Gold Loan

Position Summary

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join SIB Operations and Services Ltd (SIBOSL), a subsidiary of The South Indian Bank.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for home loan products.

The candidate will be on the roll of SIBOSL but will work with our client in their offices and branches. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the home loan market.

Candidates with experience in sales & marketing or customer relationship/customer service, in any of the Loan Verticals and other similar companies are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience as home loan advisers and connectors with consultancy services in real estate agencies, brokers may also apply.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential customers for home loans through various channels such as branches of South Indian Bank, leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments and develop strategies to penetrate the home loan market effectively.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with comprehensive information about home loan products and assisting them throughout the application process.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful home loan applications.

5. Conduct presentations / meetings to educate potential clients about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of home loan applications.

7. Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position and differentiate our home loan products.

8. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.

9. Provide customer service, addressing inquiries, issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

10. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

11. Carry activities in the market and builder sites to generate business

12. Manage builder , connector relationship and get business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the home loan or other asset products

3. Strong knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade

5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on providing customer service.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.

7. Ability to assess client financials and determining loan feasibility.

8. High level of motivation, self-confidence, and resilience to handle challenges and rejection.

9. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and product offerings.

Compensation

1. The selected candidate will be offered a CTC in the range of INR 15,400 to INR 35,000 per month. However, CTC is not constrained for experienced and competitive candidates.

2. In addition to the CTC, high Performance-based incentives will also be provided.

Notes:

1. The candidate will be on the roll of SIBOSL, but will work with our client in their offices and branches.

2. Candidates with experience in sales & marketing or customer relationship/customer service in home loan, housing finance, affordable housing finance - in Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Builders, Housing Construction Company, Apartment Projects, Villa Projects, and similar companies are encouraged to apply.

3. The specific sales targets, territories, and performance metrics will be discussed and agreed upon with the successful candidate
