Identifying, developing, and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Must understand the client’s needs and offer solutions. Should answer potential client questions, make follow-up calls, and respond to client requests for proposals as well.
Ability to do product demonstrations via video calls and assist clients in setting up their accounts based on their business requirements.
Must make outbound calls to new clients and potential clients. Should work on converting free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades and improving customer lifetime value.
Generate referrals and excellent reviews from clients.
Helping clients with their account set up and enabling them to use the product in an efficient manner, thereby increasing product usage and valuable feedback gathered.
Should meet or exceed all quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversion/upgrade goals.
Requirements

Desired Candidate:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and industries to generate new business leads. This involves conducting market research, cold calling, attending networking events, leveraging online platforms, and using other strategies to build a pipeline of prospects.
Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts. This includes initiating contact, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding client needs and requirements.
Sales and Deal Closing: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure. This involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms and pricing, addressing client concerns or objections, and securing contracts or agreements.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business objectives and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. BDEs may also prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track sales performance, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies."
