BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Panjim

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs.

2. Setup Meetings with School / College TPO or principal to conduct seminars and events.

3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

5. Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media channels.

6. Achieve agreed upon monthly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

7. Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status report.

8. Collaborating with marketing department to achieve better results.

9. Generate and close Business leads.

Requirements:

1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

2. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

4. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

5. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

6. Willing to travel for work purpose

7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field of sales (MANDATORY)

Work Timings: 10:00Am to 6:00PM
