Business Development Executive - IT Services
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in IT service sales (Freshers ready to start their career as interns are also encouraged to apply).
Location: Currently WORK FROM HOME
Qualification:
Any degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.).
Source, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering suitable solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to develop new sales strategies.
Explore new market opportunities for IT services expansion.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed service offerings tailored to the clients' business requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals within set timelines.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide market feedback to management for continuous improvement of offerings.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
Regularly report sales progress to senior management.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to promote services and expand brand presence.
