Job Description
Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for retail brands in their respective regions.
Retail property search management, coordinating with key partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants.
Location & Catchment Analysis of New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing new properties. Negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works etc.
Agent listing, Bank tie-ups for auction, Malls and Project listings, Post Property listings, Franchise development and Investor relations.
Liaisoning, legal due diligence and paperwork.
Managing Landlord Relationship.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities.
Co-ordinating with projects for opening of the stores and other maintenance of the stores
Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.
Must have:
Ideal candidate should have 0 - 3 years industry experience, Travel is mandatory.
