We're looking for a business development Executive (Freshers) to take over new sales. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

The Business Development executive is responsible for planning, direction and execution of new business development across the Agency in India, to develop and grow ‘new client’ revenue in accordance with targets.
This role is Only for Freshers.
The 1st 3 months will be an internship/probation period for us to assess your skill and performance. If you meet bare minimum in sales targets we will give you a full time roll.
1st 3 months Internship/probation Stipend will be 5k/m. Additional 10k will be given every month to the best performer.
Responsibilities
• Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
• Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets.
• Lead the response to brief and pitching. Identify partnership and nurture opportunities.
• Think critically & Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.
• Maintain existing business.
Experience
• Digital industry understanding and knowledge.
• Proven extensive delivery of complex digital activity (campaigns, content, web and mobile experiences) and marketing communications to clients.
• Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
Skills
• Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships
• Ability to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally
• Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
• Strong financial acumen, written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate – genuinely enjoy solving problems for clients
