Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Upskill Training House, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities in the training industry. You will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and promoting Upskill Training House's comprehensive range of training solutions including soft skills, IT skills, management, and business development training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Cold-call and email prospective clients to introduce Upskill Training House's offerings.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the company's training solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' training needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
3. Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with the training team to create tailored training proposals and solutions.
• Present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of Upskill Training House's training program
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands for various training programs.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client feedback and market research.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Generate regular reports to track progress towards sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the training industry, preferably with a Business development focus on soft skills, IT skills, management, and business development training.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Location:
This role is based in Chennai, India, and requires the candidate to be located in or willing to relocate to Chennai
