Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation
2. Working on the timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads
3. Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
4. Setting appointments, listening to customer needs, and selling the most appropriate product
5. Conducting research and understanding prospects before making the call
6. Ensuring all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly
7. Working on becoming the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues
8. Driving the onboarding of new customers and initiating spending enablement activities
+. Keeping up-to-date on products and competition
10. Attending and participating in regular staff meetings
11. Engaging in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus & project accurate full-year forecasts
12. Attending relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows, and networking events
13. Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls, and compliance
14. Engaging with premium customers to build relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
15. Expanding internal and external relationships, and driving sales results
16. Ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to

Salary: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
