BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE CUM TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities of BDE cum TSE

 Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding

client through corrective steps.

 Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.

 Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning

issues; recommending instructional language.

 Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.

 Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.

 Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.

 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining

personal networks.

 Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing

related results as needed.

 Basic knowledge in computer Hardware & Networking.

 Ensure order completion including installation, training & payment collection.

Work Environment

 Extensive travelling is a must. Willing to travel within India.

Probation

 6 months’ Probation

Package

 During the time of Probation initial Stipend between 15 K + can reimburse the

travelling & accommodation expenses. Food allowance is included within the

salary.

 After the probation if the candidate is performing very well, we will appoint him

as our permanent staff & he will be eligible for a salary hike.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
