Roles & Responsibilities

Generating new enquires.
Identifying new customers.
Handling of customer complaint.
Follow up with customer and procure order.
Payment follow up for the mapped clients.
Order Lost Analysis.
Daily customer visits updation in ERP
All leads to be shared with branch manager
All customers to be visited along with branch manager quarterly once (Other than the individual monthly visits)
Proactively hunting new regional account opportunities in focused regions.
Experience in handling teams.
The main responsibilities of this role are driving new account growth as well as nurturing existing customer retention.
Initiate and cultivate high-level client relationships with key decision-makers to build a trusted partnership
Manage the sales process by generating business leads, developing and delivering client proposals, and developing competitive advantages, following up with prospects/clients until the contract is closed.
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets including accurate and timely forecasts so as to achieve the company’s revenue goal
Continuously increase industry-based knowledge by monitoring industry trends, participating in events, and knowing the competitive landscape.
