Marketing & Sales Executive
Job Summary
Draft n Craft is looking for enthusiastic and innovative candidates to join its Sales & Marketing Team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
· Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and to follow-up on leads
· Close opportunities and assist in finalizing contracts
· Establish and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure client loyalty
· Generate market intelligence on competitors and prospects.
· Online/Email Marketing
· Lead Generation
· Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Essential Skills, Qualification and Experience
· Graduate/MBA
· 0 – 3 years of proven sales success in international B2B sales, business development and client relationship management.
· If experienced, previous experience in LPO, KPO, BPO/Outsourcing Industry mandatory.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Independent critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
· Interest in working as part of a growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment.
· Willingness to work in night shift [Mandatory]
· Willingness to travel to USA.
