Job Description
Remuneration - Fixed + Variable (Incentives/ Sales Commission) - Conveyance as per company policy - Travel Allowance as per company policy
Candidature Requirements - Preferably a graduate diploma engineer/ printing technologist/ post graduate in sales and marketing with 1-3 years of experience in selling of machines pertaining to the printing and packaging industry. - Fluency in spoken Hindi and English is a must. - Conveyance (preferably a two-wheeler) along with valid licence is a must. - Residing in close proximity of the organisation - Should be conversant with Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
Role Tasks -
Data Sourcing - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media - Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organisation
- Sales Meetings - Periodic touring around the country for establishing new markets/ geographies. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns. - Position our products as best fit for the customer. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products offered. - Manage demo’s at existing client end for new prospective clients.
- Sales Proposals - Creating quotations, cost benefit analysis vis a vis competition for clients. - Mailing the quotations, follow up for negotiations and closure.
- Sales Reporting - Create frequent reports with sales and financial data for review. - Be ready with necessary data for future prospecting and evaluation of sales trends. - Submit monthly reports with prospect pipeline for upcoming month/ quarter.
- Sales Co-ordination - Ensure the availability of stock/ WIP for sales and demonstrations. - Hand over order closure details to the sales co-ordinator.
-Marketing Initiatives - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. - Conduct brand building exercises by loading approved collateral on social handles.
Sales Closures - Negotiate/close deals on win-win basis. - Query or objections handling.
Client Co-ordination - Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client. - Be the interface between the client and the operations team from order booking until dispatch and commissioning of the said machine/ product.
