Job Description
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and field visits
Generate and qualify leads from various sources
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions/services
Fix meetings and present company offerings
Achieve monthly acquisition targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage

Pay: ₹11,502.37 - ₹40,912.65 per month
