Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
Making cold calls and emails to prospects, introducing our services, and scheduling meetings for further discussions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand client requirements for contractual hiring and providing suitable solutions.
Assisting clients with website development and SEO services, understanding their needs, and coordinating with our development team for project execution.
Managing end-to-end sales processes including negotiation, contract signing, and client onboarding.
Keeping track of sales activities, pipeline, and reporting progress to the management team
