Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to grow the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through market research and lead generation activities

• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings

• Present company services/products to clients and explain how they meet customer needs

• Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
