Square Yards actively hiring for Freshers & Experienced Corporate Sales Professionals For Sales Position.

Square Yards is India’s largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Prop-tech platform in UAE, Rest of Middle East, Australia & Canada. Square Yards platform offers an integrated consumer experience & covers the full real-estate journey from search discovery, transactions, home loans, interiors, rentals, property management and post-sales service – fully integrating buyers to an extensive network of 500+ partner real estate developers, 150,000+ Agents and 100+ banks & NBFCs. Square Yards is also building B2B disruptive SaaS platforms for stakeholders such as Developers, Banks and Agents.
Corporate Sales Executive and Manager Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development Executives and Managers Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and Team Handling experience
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Age Criteria : Below 25 Years
Preferred Industry Experience : Real Estate, BFSI and FMCG
Location : Kolkata, West Bengal
